Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on FemStyle AI (https://femstyle.ai). The seller is the FemStyle AI, operated by a private entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. Card payments are processed on our behalf by WayForPay, our payment service provider. Refund decisions are made by us; once approved, WayForPay reverses the original card transaction.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory cooling-off rights, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase, provided that:
- The credits purchased have not been consumed; and
- For subscriptions, no significant portion of the billing period has been used (we consider any subscription with more than 10% of credits used as "substantially performed").
By starting to use credits or generating images during the cooling-off period, you expressly acknowledge that the digital service has begun and you waive your right to cancel for the consumed portion.
2. Refunds for Unused Credits and Subscriptions
Outside the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion. We will generally issue a full or pro-rated refund in the following cases:
- You purchased a subscription or credit pack and did not use any credits.
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a technical error.
- You were double-charged for the same product or subscription.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not refundable:
- Consumed credits— once a credit has been used to generate an AI image, it cannot be refunded, regardless of the quality or your satisfaction with the generated result. AI output is inherently variable and is provided "as is".
- Already-rendered subscription time — for partial-period refunds, we calculate the unused portion only.
- Accounts terminated for breach — if your account is suspended or closed for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., uploading prohibited content, impersonating others, abuse), purchases are forfeited and no refunds are issued.
- Promotional or free credits — bonus credits granted via referrals, promotions, or sign-up offers have no monetary value and are not refundable.
4. Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side (server error, model timeout, corrupted output), the credit is automatically restored to your balance. If this does not happen, contact us at support@femstyle.ai with your generation ID and we will restore the credit.
Failed generations caused by your input (e.g., an image our content filter rejected, invalid garment photo, model mis-rendering due to unusual angles) are not eligible for a credit refund — these consume one credit per attempt as documented at checkout.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@femstyle.ai with:
- The email address used for the purchase;
- The order ID from your confirmation email;
- The reason for the refund request.
We will review your request within 5 business days and, if approved, we instruct WayForPay to reverse the original card transaction. Refunds typically reach your original card within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first — most disputes can be resolved quickly by email. Chargebacks filed without a prior refund request will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does notautomatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To cancel, go to your account settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Purchases made before a change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
